- Go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/
create your account to apply to apply for visitors visa after completing D160
- Click on Apply now button in the green
- Click on New User for New Users. Existing users can put in their username and password to enter dashboard
- On the Dashboard Click Schedule Appointment on the left hand menu panel

- In the PAYMENT step click on payment options, you will get the bank to select from, when you select a bank STANLEY FORM will be generated. NOTE: The bank will not accept the payment without the STANLEY FORM.
