STEP 1: Filling of D-160 Form:
- Go to CEAC WEBSITE (https://ceac.state.gov/GENNIV/Default.aspx)
- Under Get Started
CEAC – Visitors Visa for US Application form D 160
- Select the Location where you will be applying (ex: India. Mumbai) for US Consulate in Mumbai
- Click on Start An Application
- You Application For Stars here : Ensure that you enter information to retrieve the form on the first page and make a note of it somewhere – more often than not you will need it !!
- Once the Form is completed, you will receive an option to save/print the form, ensure you save a copy of the entire form for reference.
- Receipt of completion of Form D160 will be provided. This receipt is require at EVERY Step of the application process so ensure that you keep a print copy and email handy. (We suggest to take a good quality color print out of this receipt)
